How to Make No-Bake Strawberry Delight

Ingredients:  1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract  1 (8 oz) container whipped topping

Ingredients:  1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup melted butter 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced  Additional whipped topping and sliced strawberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions:  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth using a hand mixer or stand mixer. 2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, and continue to beat until well combined and smooth.

3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until evenly incorporated into the cream cheese mixture. Set aside. 4. In a separate bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the crumbs are evenly coated.

5. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9x9 inch square baking dish to form a crust layer. 6. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust layer, smoothing it out with a spatula.

7. Arrange a layer of sliced strawberries over the cream cheese mixture. 8. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the sliced strawberries, smoothing it out evenly.

9. Top with another layer of sliced strawberries for garnish, if desired. 10. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate the strawberry delight for at least 4 hours, or until set.

11. Once chilled and set, slice into squares and serve chilled. 12. Optionally, garnish each serving with a dollop of whipped topping and additional sliced strawberries.
