Refund Policy

Once a Group Break has started there are absolutely no refunds.

Payment Providers have recently made changes to their Refund Policies.  If you request a refund, you will be charged a Restocking Fee of 5% of the order total.  The 5% Restocking Fee covers Payment Provider fees which are not refunded to us when we issue a refund to you. We also ask that you wait 7 calendar days  before requesting a refund to allow a break to fill.
